    Really liked a home they biuld called the Lexington.It starts with customer service.they did not return calls or try to contact a serious buyer. We subsequently went with another builder and our home is in process

    I had a horrible experience here, please take your kids somewhere else! Here are the reasons: my amazingly energetic and curious 4.5 years old son came into their program not speaking much English---he's in the US for only 2.5 months. My kid's mom caught them watching TVs a lot, and saw my kid wander out of the classroom and almost made it out of the building before the front desk staff caught him. Instead of looking into what's wrong with their process, they blamed my kid as being bad and not know better. Then to protect themselves, they slammed my kid with multiple suspensions from the programs forcing him to spend 3 out of 5 days at home. When confronting them, they blamed everything on my kid as not following instructions, etc. etc., even when I explained that my kid may understand short phrases but don't understand English yet!! All they want is some sheep like kids who follow every order and don't want to spend any extra effort to manage the "problematic" kids. They just want to maximize profit, don't care about anything else. I emailed the president/owner of the facility, got no response of course. I heard other places would terminate 2 teachers immediately after finding out about a kid being left on the playground, Ms. Nichole's chose to slam my kid with suspensions and try to terminate him from the program. We quit the program immediately after talking to the highly defensive staff and facility director.
